Designed to give you personalised guidance, hands-on support, and a trusted partner by your side, this coaching experience helps you move faster, stay accountable, and build your business with confidence. Your coaching plan is shaped around the six pillars of the Year-One Journey and tailored to your pace, priorities, and goals. Together, we focus on what matters most right now, while keeping steady momentum as you move forward. You’ll receive weekly private coaching sessions, choosing either one 60-minute session or two 30-minute sessions each week. You’ll also have dedicated time in your coach’s calendar for collaboration, reviews, and feedback, plus a personalised Trello board to track actions, progress, and priorities. From day one, you’ll complete the Year-One Assessment and receive a personalised action plan to guide your next steps. Each week, you’ll get support with prioritisation and strategy across all six pillars of the Year-One Journey, so nothing important slips through the cracks. Between sessions, you’ll have direct message access for questions, ideas, and feedback, along with weekly accountability check-ins to help you maintain momentum. When needed, additional ad-hoc calls are available for extra support. The investment is €500 per month.
