Who’s Behind Year-One?

 

Year-One was founded by Laurence Allen, a business coach with a background in corporate leadership, small business strategy, and coaching entrepreneurs around the world.

After years of supporting businesses, Laurence saw that so many talented people with incredible ideas were struggling to turn them into sustainable businesses. Not because they weren’t capable, but because they lacked the right support in those crucial early stages.

Year-One was created to be that support system.

​

Now, through coaching, courses, challenges, and free resources, Year-One guides entrepreneurs like you through their first year with confidence, clarity, and community. Helping you build a business that feels good and grows with you.
